Sorry to say you'll only find out how the boy feels about going out with you if you ask him. Otherwise you'll never know for sure.
Of course. if he's sensible - he'll say yes'
If he does say 'no', accept it - asking him 'why?' is not a good move. He may just be a little stunned, and agree at a later point in time.
Just be confident, out-going and GO FOR IT!!!

Simple - go after what you want...Life is to short to let things slip away from you....Just buck up and walk toward him with a smile on your face and ask him if he wants to hang out later...Nothing to it...If he says not today or not tonight, just reply with: No problem, let me know when your available. Then the balls left in his court and you don't walk away feeling like he dog you or anything...

Well first let him know that you like him- flirt, flip your hair a bit, brush up on him, etc. If he's obviously not into you, don't even bother. If he is, just go up and be like "Ryan, you wanna go to the movies tomorrow, just the 2 of us?" Have confidence- main thing to remember.

be like...
we should have coffee some time
or
have you seen (insert movie name here)?
if he says no...
then be like
"i heard its great! we should see it together sometime!"
but if he says yes...
ask him what he thinks of it
then ask him if hes seen (insert UNREALESED movie name here)
and obviously he will say no
so then be like
i heard it s awesome.. we should see it together when it comes out!

first figure out if he likes you. then become friends with him if your not. once your friends with him go up to him and say hey wanna go out? if he says yes then be happy and if he says no then pretend like you were joking or say something like "good,cause i wouldnt want to either!"
