No. In fact, your parents will have to go to court with you.

If its a notice by mail,I doubt they will be involved. If there is no curfew violation on the ticket also,I doubt the court will care, but the insurance company your parents pay for will.Tell your parents,a 50in a 45 isnt that big of a crime. Its still means your werent paying enough attention to your surroundings or thinking about you being a minor after curfew(which put a target on you, saying pull me over anyway).Go to traffic school if its possible,so you can save your parents some money on the auto insurance.

You could pay your self but .... Your parents will still find out.

This how they will find out .
Through their insurance company. More than likely they will be notified by the insurance company to increase the amount they pay every month. It would be better if just told them because they could set you up with the defensive driving course that would help your driving record and possibly keep their insurance from increasing.
I know you are scared but ... if you say a lot of I'm sorry and look really remorseful maybe they cut you some slack.

probably...the thing is, if you plead guilty and pay the fine it will go on your record. if you get a second one...the insurance co. will contact your parents (unless you pay for that yourself, and maybe even if you do) to get a lawyer could cost big $ (it's $350 a pop here in IL) a lawyer can get you court supervision and maybe a driving class (4 hours for 1st offense - which also will cost you another $125 - again in IL) the 50/45 is very lame and might actually be dismissed but don't count on it, the courts like to send a solid message to teenagers. you might want to see if you can get a free consult from a lawyer for your options. Good luck to you.

it particularly is worse than you think of of. From Findlay, Ohio newspaper: Jennifer and Aaron, the two for underage intake; $a hundred fifty fines. 3 penal complex days suspended in the event that they each and each attend underage intake application. In Cleveland rather for being out previous curfew: If minors violate curfew, dad and mom can acquire a $a hundred fee fee ticket.

In most states the parents have to go with you. Being it was a curfew violation also, I am surprised that the police didn't call your home.

No. Your insurance will double, and if your folks pay your insurnace they'll surely find out about THAT. Then only way to avoid that is to hire an attorney. Tell your parents.

I would hope that they would be notified.

They are responsible for everything you do and therefore have a right to know everything you do.
