My basement is finished but not furnished and I have invited 25 couples for playing cards and dinner on nov,2nd . How can I make my basement look cozy because for cards I am renting tables and chairs and dinner I am setting upstairs. I am very nervous because there is no furniture in the basement. Please help me out. Thanks a lot...

Look at the suggestions/options and then use "Google Maps + your zip code" to locate house staging in your area.
Call a few of the large Housing Developers in your area and ask where they get the furniture for the model homes.
You can purchase inexpensive 9 x 12 area rugs most anywhere these days, even Home Depot.
You might find some "used furniture" dealers that would do a temporary contract.
