was awarded a lucrative job at the Pentagon after the scandal she caused in America?
Am I the only one that was left thoroughly speechless?

I saw her interview with Barbara Walters and the airhead admitted she was the one who seduced the Prez by walking by the OVal Office door and lifting up her dress to show him her behind. Out of her own mouth.
She was not a victim here and that is insulting to real victims of sexual harassment.

well, she must have other qualifications other than the one she is best known for or she wouldn't have been in the white house. If we throw out people who have caused a scandal in America or the ones that are doing things that are scandalous we may not know about, we may not have anyone left to run the country because there are so many things that are scandalous that we only hear of the ones that will sell more newspapers or air time on television.

Why do people make such a big deal over the Monica Lewinski episode? It happens millions of times every day in all facets of life. People in high positions are humans also. It just happened that Bill and her got busted and the media went nuts with the whole thing. If it had been an ordinary business executive getting busted with his secretary we would have never heard anything of it. Why can't people move on especially when it is such a trivial thing anyway?
It seems like it is always the females that are upset with the whole thing. Sounds like a personal problem to me. Perhaps a bit of jealousy. I bet 99.9% of the females that are critical of the whole episode would give anything to be under that same desk!

Good for her after putting up with the media intrusion and judgmentalness of the whole judicial process. She could have sued for sexual harassment and won. She also should've sued certain media outlets and testified at a panel against Kenneth Starr.

Doesn't say much for the others who work at the Pentagon. But then, most awake Americans are probably not surprised.

I have no interest in her. Do you think her behavior was something *new* in the Oval Office? Grow up, and smell the coffee!

If she is qualified why not? The whole incident didn't bother me. I thought it was funny that people made a big deal out of it.

considering she wasn't part of Fema or responsible for the Iraq invasion - not happy about it, but not really upset either
