Yes, they can help. Refer to the information below. Take care.
What causes high blood pressure?
In most cases, a doctor may not be able to pinpoint the exact cause of your high blood pressure. But several factors are known to increase blood pressure, including obesity, heavy alcohol use, family history of high blood pressure, high salt intake, and aging. A sedentary lifestyle, stress, low potassium intake, low calcium intake, and resistance to insulin may also cause your blood pressure to rise.

Following the DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) diet can help lower blood pressure. This is an eating plan heavy on fruits, vegetables, and whole grain foods. People who follow it lower their blood pressure by 14% on average. It's believed that the nutrients magnesium, potassium, and calcium are responsible for lowering the pressure. It's better to get these from foods rather than supplements.

Depends on WHAT you take and in what dosage. Taking vitamins and minerals COULD kill you. It could also RAISE your blood pressure. Vitamin E for instance elevates blood pressure, particularly until your body gets used to it.
The BEST approach is to try to eat a healthy, well-balanced diet, AND if you find that you have trouble getting enough fruits and vegetables (for instance), add a one-a-day vitamin.

Aside from diet and exercise, there are some herbs that are very beneficial for Blood Pressure. The most popular ones are Fish Oil, Hawthorn Berries, L-Arginine, C12 Peptides (from milk protein casein), Bonito Peptides, and Garlic. As far as Homeopathic options, you would want to see a Homeopathic doctor, since Homeopathy is based on your body in particular, not some generic thing that will help every person the same way.

It can, but you have to study nutrition very well to be able to do that. Many things help, here are a few:
exercise
nutritious food
no fast food
no junk food
oatmeal
and much more. Go to a health food store in your city and have them show you which books are the best to start with. Another thing that will take you a long way towards good health, that is free, is subscribing to RealAge.com. They send email newsletters that talk about how the food we eat can help us become healthier. And they do it in just a few, easy to read paragraphs!
