The Rapture? Give me a break. There will still be people driving those cars that have that "When the rapture comes this car won't have a driver" bumpersticker...trust me on that. The Rapture is a great marketing ploy by some preachers and authors (the 'Left Behind' series comes to mind), but it always amuses (and saddens) me that there are people who are so convinced of their rightness that they condemn the rest of us, in our wrongness, to be abandoned by our Creator. Only God knows what's in our hearts, not Jerry Fallwell, pat Robertson, Benny Hinn or anyone else. The Greeks had a word for what those folks are doing: hubris (=intellectual pride) and was the WORST sin that someone could commit. Smart folks, those ancient Greeks. Too bad those modern-day preachers and authors forgot that "Those who forget history are doomed to repeat it/"

After the Rapture, you will not be buying anything. There will be an economic collapse in one hour.

Those who are left behind, will suffer boils that wont heal and a Nuclear blast, your tongues and eyes will rot in your mouth from this blast.

You will pray to die, but you will not be able to.

Those left behind will suffer greatly, food will be extremely expensive. There will be nothing but horror left behind.

You either take a computer chip used as a number 666, if you do not have this #, which is of the Anti-christ, you will not be able to purchase anything.

Don't take the chip.

Well supposing the rapture will actually happen, after its occurrence housing prices will be the least of your worries since next follows tribulation. Yes I think houses will be cheaper though since when rapture occurs many people will just be taken to heaven right, so you can probably get free housing but it would be better if you were one of the people taken to heaven right?

I seriously doubt that we will ever be able to live on one income again.
George W Bush has destroyed our economy by increaseing the incredible US debt. America is in dire risk of an economic collapse. The unconstitutional, illegal, "private" Federal Reserve Board is not a duly elected government body of Seven governors and a chairman.

I don't think christians have anything to do with real estate and gentrification.

Unless by "rapture" you mean "the downfall of a capitalist economy"

Hopefully. I wonder if that's what Pat Robertson really meant by "Godly fumigation"? We'll be able to get rid of churches and do something useful with the land, too.
