Christians don't have to. They just pray and their God who answers all prayers either magically gives them a banana or decides that not having a banana is what is best for them so they, realizing this, have no more cravings and go to bed no longer wanting a banana. God to Christians - Yes, we have no bananas.

The atheist goes to the kitchen and gets a banana or writes "Buy bananas" on their grocery list. Then he picks fleas off his mate, flings poo on a Christian and goes to bed.
