My ancestors came from Germany. I attend a Nondenominational Church that has Pentecostal roots. I was raised to be a Lutheran, but I became an Atheist. I got saved at a Baptist Church and 20 years later I received the Baptism of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in other tongues. I am a Christian because it is the only true religion that is offered to whosoever believeth. Jesus is the only way to the Father and eternal life. The Bible, God's Word, pertains to us today, no mater where we live or come from. It is alive!

German, Irish, Cherokee, English; American. Christian, pre-Christian European Pagan, Shamanistic... I was a Christian until I discovered Christianity has (MAJOR) flaws, so I left. Looked into Wicca derived from ancient European practices and decided it wasn't for me either, though I do admire the religion and still look into the legends. Maybe I should give Shamanism a chance. So many religions so little time...

I am of mixed heritage: Scotch-Irish, Choctaw, Cherokee, and German. I practice Christianity because that is where I found peace and truth, after investigating Buddhism and claiming agnosticism.

Because Christianity, like a virus, spread into Europe, aided by sword and disease, and then came west into the Western Hemisphere, I grew up a Methodist.

Because I think and value rational thought, I am an agnostic atheist.
