"In this book McGrath refuted all ideas and argumentations of Dawkins in his book."
Or claims to, anyway.
Talk is cheap. The believers have yet to deliver anything at all.

What exactly is your question? McGrath hasn't refuted anything in Dawkins's book, he just thinks he has. And how can a former atheist like Ruse (who I'm assuming is now a theist) be embarrased to be an atheist if he's not an atheist anymore? That part confused me.

Not refuted at all. Most of Dawkins arguments are still valid. They are eternal truths..
McGrath saw a commercial opportunity to sell a lot of books on the back of Dawkin's success .

Just wait until my new book "The McGrath Delusion" comes out! Then people will be talking! Then someone else writes a new book to refute me!
But honestly, to each his own, to believe as he will.

The god delsuion is an rather unsofisticated e book written by utilising an rather unsofisticated guy . Dawkins is a militant atheist who's an extremist. He has been challenged the final 2 years from wellbeing practitioner william lane craig to a debate on the life of god and dawkins the coward chickened out. Atheistic leaders are at ultimate mid-point intellectuals yet while they are confronted off against an psychological theist like wellbeing practitioner craig they get slam dunked quite. opposite to what atheists desire you to have confidence, they arent the intelligensia of the academic community. Christianity has seen an explosion of psychological debaters like craig who've began to slap atheists around stupid. you prefer to verify an atheist debater appear as if a fool? in basic terms watch the hitchens craig debate on youtube . on the tip of that communicate you had atheists come as much as wellbeing practitioner craig (who holds 2 masters and a pair of doctorate tiers himself) and tell him that hes staggering. I havent study the dawkins delusion yet yet i'm definately going to reserve it quickly on amazon. I heard additionally its a great e book

*chuckle* McGrath and Dawkins are in a schoolyard fight, flicking at each-others ears, and Dawkins has the stronger flick. They've been squabbling for some time...
Seriously, McGrath has nothing on Dawkins. He's just mad about Dawkins being so highly publicized and wants to take jabs at the man personally.
A book full of ad homs isn't my kind of literature.

if this guy refutes dawkins as much as dawkins thinks he refutes religion... then thats could look like a big up for the religion people.
if he actually does a job as good as dawkins actually does... lol, well, back where we started.
I suspect that they are about as effective as eachother, which comes to the point that many of us have reached already, ... that neither side can be obviously proved. that depending on your experiences and point of view one may or may not seem obvious, and the other opposing view might seem obvious to others. ... without either being wrong.

Why would the God delusion make a theist embarrased to be an atheist.. That makes no sense.

Have you heard of Lee Strobel? He was an investigative reporter for the Chicago Tribune and a VERY devout atheist. You might want to read his books as well they are very informative =)
