Mix some conditioner/lotion with a bodywash or soap. Rub on your legs and have at it!
Don't use a lotion with much oil in it, this will ruin your razor. Baby oil is best left for After you are done shaving.

Soap or shower gel, anything that might lather up or make your skin and the hair soft so you don't cut yourself.

Hair conditioner. [ works really well! ]
Any moisturizing body wash.
Shampoo.
DON'T USE:
bar soap - very very drying
body lotion - clogs up razor, without removing much hair
