I saw on YouTube, that with the help of Adobe After Effects, you can edit video clips and combine them to make it appear that a car has struck a pedestrian or bystander. I watched the tutorial video, and figured out some of the long and confusing process. So my question is, do you have to be very expeirienced with graphics, editing, etc. to use this software?

No. Like anything though, being experienced in the field will give you an advantage. As the first poster said though, you can learn like everyone else. Software is becoming more and more user friendly now...
