even if your weight is normal, eating so many snickers bars can't be that healthy. try to cut down on them and replace them with healthier snacks like fruits or something. but if you really do want to continue eating like that, then i guess you should try to exercise more.

First off, a day of cheating will NOT make you gain weight. Just remember though, everything in moderation. Also, from the numbers you gave of being 5 ft 7 and 119 pounds, that is very skinny. I am 5 ft 7 and 125 pounds and I am a size 0. So I am assuming you are too. In my nutrition class, we learned that a female who is working out needs at least 2000 calories a day to remain healthy. And we also learned that if you want to lose weight, you are to eat about 1500 calories. From those numbers, the fact that you are eating 1000 calories a day is really unhealthy. You need to be eating a lot more because you are working out. But those calories that you need to be eating should not come from candies or chocolate. But it is okay to have a cheat day where you allow yourself to eat your favorite candy bar. I hope this helps, and I'm sure your body was happy to get a few extra calories than what it usually gets!! :)

Even though you may be blessed with a fast metabolism and don't gain weight easily, eating that many Snickers is bad for your. It is not nutritious, and it is horrible for your teeth. Try to squeeze in some fruit and veggies. Some protein wouldn't hurt, either.
