Should I call the cops???

Question

There is a car parked in the street with two people inside on the street not on the side right in the middle.Its has its hazard light on and its been there for more than 30 minutes...........its blocking traffic...

Now its been there for 50 minutes.

Sure call the cops. If your town has a non emergency number you should use that.
It is out of the ordinary and therefore suspicious, at least in your mind and that is what counts.
Police gets lots of calls like this and there is nothing wrong with asking them to check things out.
Please do not expect a SWAT team response. It may take some time depending on whats going on but they will check things out.

Call the main number (not 9-1-1) and tell them a vehicle is parked in the middle of the street blocking traffic. They can dispatch a cruiser and let the officers find out what is going on.

I'd say call the cops, tell them that there are two suspicious people parked right in the middle of the street in your neighborhood, and that it's been there for (50?) minutes and you are concerned. They'll let you know if there's anything they can do about it, and at least it will just give you peace of mind that you called.

I live alone (except for the pets) and I have called for stuff like suspicious noises in the yard.. Just be sure and call the non-emergency number for your city.

At the very least, since they are blocking traffic, they definitely need to move on.

Call the police. They may intoxicated or ill or the car might be stalled and they are waiting on someone. Either way, they need help. Maybe they can't speak english.
