It depends on how persistent you are. You need to keep it up though. I've been benching on and off for about 10 years now and I've never gone over 225. I've done it without any supplements. I know guys that started at 115 and gone up to 325 with the help of supplements. They lose all that power when they stop taking the supplements.

Depends, but doubtful. If you have just started working out, then your bench press will increase rapidly (although that type of increase is highly unlikely). If you have been working out for a while and you just got to 115, then no way.

most likely u wont be able to, instead of trying to get just better at benching work on other workouts everyday, and if ur an athlete try doing more work on ur legs and not worry about just trying to show off to people in the gym by benching alot

Your goal should be to press your weight. Last year 9/1/06, I was 5'10"-145 pounds benching 140 x6 reps. By February I was pressing 220 x6reps at 180 pounds. At 187 pounds and the middle of the spring it was time to lose weight....Summer time I was175....not to bad. Now's time to do it all again.
Try: BSN- True Mass - protine shake
BSN- N.O.-Xplode - workout igniter(creatine)
MHP- glutamine SR - helps muscle growth/repair

that seems possible if you have a plan to build muscle mass and do lots of strenght traingin make sure the muscle syou are training have 48 hours of rest in between and make sure you use the variations of the bench press (incline, decline, flat) If you have a partner to spot you thats even better. The more weight you have with lower reps will push your muscle sinto fatigure faster and if you are feeding your body right with a good diet and lots of protien then your muscles will be able to use those nutrients to rebuild themself bigger and better. Good luck to you and let me know your progress!!

Try shooting for a 5 pound a month gain in your lifts..that 60 pounds a year...wow! You should be able to do this without risking serious injury. Not too much too fast, nothing will set you back, or keep you out of the gym permanently, like a bad shoulder injury...trust me....Good luck

Bench press gains are made in tiny increments. Be happy to get it up to, say 155-175.
