I've been a tad bi-polar like, recently, and right now I am feeling so great! How do I keep it high? how do I avoid the crash? I have so much energy and the endorphins are flooding through me and I feel SO GOOD! wow. I love it. How do I keep this way?

- by bi-polar I mean that I've gone through fairly perdictible cyles of estatic and freak out. I have not been diagnosed with bi-polar, and I do not think I have it.

This is deffintly chemical-blance related. There seem to be very few outside triggers, and the doctor has suggest that I have PMD (like PMS only more severe) right now I can feel the adreniline running through me, the endorphins. I feel so good.

I am taking anti-depressents (for the crashes because they have been quite severe) but it has a 6 week period before it is suposed to work and I only started taking them a couple days ago.

Sounds like maybe the antidepressant is working quicker on you. Everyone is different, everyone's chemical make up is different. Enjoy the "high". Think positive thoughts, things that make you happy. Surround yourself w/positive fun people & you'll also reap the benefits. You're not going to be on cloud 9 forever, after all, everyone has their ups & downs. Enjoy the good feelings & do everything in your power to make things good.

I was diagnosed bipolar more than 20 years ago, and from what you're saying, i would say go to a psychiatrist for a second opinion as to whether you are bipolar or not. Of course i am not a professional, but the indications are (possibly) there. If it turns out that you are, the outlook is bright. Be thankful that you caught it when you did. (If you are.)

Pot. I'm bipolar too. I've tried every single medication ever. The only thing that stabilizes my moods is pot. Makes the lows less low and the highs less manic.
