How can i remove the black scuff marks on my golf shoes...

AND

Are there any common household products that I can use to do this?

Believe it or not simple soap and warm water work just fine , just wipe them off after every round and you will get alot of use out of them and they will stay looking good for a longer period of time.

One had the answer which many locker room attendants claim is best. Put a little liquid detergent on a wet rag, rub the scuff mark gently and often until the mark disappears. There is no need for much soap , only a lot of "elbow grease"

I don't do anything to mine and they've held up for 5 seasons already. Just buy a quality shoe and you'll be fine. They don't need any special care other than taking them out for at least a round a week.

EDIT: I personally recommend getting black golf shoes. They look better and obviously you are worried about how your shoes look. That can be a distraction on the course. Go for the black shoes. It will give you more confidence! lol
