Howard Stern is famous. Most of those women are looking for their 15 min (or more like 3 min) of fame and they are hoping they get noticed by someone else and can create a career out of appearing slutty on Howard Stern's show.

I've wondered that same thing myself.
I think when some of those women go home they probably wonder what the heck they were thinking.

Isn't he a talk radio personality? If that is still the case, how would one know if the women or anyone is actually doing what they are saying they are doing while they are one the air as you would not be able to see them?
