Well I thought of a few things. You are going to places that younger girls hangout, you may subconsciously not attracted to people your own age, girls like the secutiy feeling of an older man, or it may be the way you act.

Usually a younger woman is attracted to or pursues an older guy for 3 reasons:
1. You may have money (or just look like you do)
2. She may be looking for a "father figure"
3. The men her age are too immature and are inexperienced.
Most women your age are either married, divorced and not in the mood to date again or they may be just happy being single at that age. try looking online specifically for women in that age range through a dating service, chat rooms, etc.

you probably act very immaturely and women your age know your type and want to be distant from the kind of guy you are. and then for younger girls you act their age and it´s probably fun, because you probably pay for their drinks and have all the toys they wanna play with.

young girls are looking for men, older women know that most men are bs and are happy either with who they're with or being alone.
remember, there are mature younger girls out there, you just have to know where to find them.
