knows all, see's all, and created all then how is it he is not responsible for evil?
if he created everything then he had to have created evil as well. and if you can create evil then you need to have a dark or evil side as well and if he has this dark or evil side than he can't be all that perfect can he?

God did create evil. He has never denied that. If one believes in Lucifer, they will know how God loved him, and muchly because of his beauty. (This is carnal thinking, of course, not spiritual), Lucifer being Satan, the devil.
(Also Adam, and Eve ate from the tree, which grew the Forbidden fruit. The forbidden fruit, represents the knowledge of good and evil. Not a literal tree, and an apple.)
To understand though, one must look at the Bible, which states all I am saying now, spiritually, since the water (water meaning carnal) was changed to wine (wine meaning spiritual) by Jesus, meaning, the Old Testament (old laws) were changed, to the New Testament (new laws) when Christ was alive, and died on the cross to now. Gentiles could be saved as well as the Jews, for one example of the new laws.
It makes perfect sense, and is not unreasonable to acknowledge that God learned, has learned, and is learning by His own trials and errors, and even from we humans. Did not humans learn from the animals we deem to rule now? God wants us to talk with Him, and reason with Him.
If God was the way you describe Him, why did He say what He said below?
He is a God of love, not omnipotency towards those He loves. If He was, He would NEVER have said this.....

In simpler terms, God did not create evil intentionally. He intended us to have free-will, and choose for ourselves between right and wrong (the knowledge of good and evil), between Himself, or Satan. Otherwise, we'd be His robots.

The Lord is incapable of evil; neither does he tempt one to evil. Evil began when a perfect angel of high rank thought the first wicked thought and acted on it. What is remarkable about this is he had this wicked thought in the lovely and altogether desirable presence of God. God is so wonderful that it is unbelievable that Lucifer could even think such a thing. Well, he did, and as a result has deceived the world. The Lord has allowed Satan some freedom before he is thrown in the Lake of Fire. The Lord's thoughts are extremely higher than our thoughts, and his ways are past knowing. It is enough that we know that God is altogether holy and pure and does not lie like a man. He alone is worthy of our praise and worship. Do not let Satan deceive you with vain reasoning. Read the New Testament and be honest with God. Pray to the Lord, and share your doubts and angers and rebellions. Let God change you until you understand God's great love in sending a Redeemer to save our souls.

Is it not in 2 King that says that God created all good and evil? Maybe I am mistaken. But it does say that God created everything and everything was created for His pleasure. So if everything include evil then what does that say. And if He did not create evil then he created those that did. So if He already knew ahead of time they would do this then I guess I have the same question as you.

God gave Adam and Eve a choice in the garden of Eden. They chose the serpent's evil disobedience to the creator. They lived in a perfect fellowship and home with intimate fellowship with God. They believed the great liar(Satan), sin entered the human race, evil followed close behind and many still are today. Sin is the creator of evil, not God. Choose Jesus.....evil will be destroyed some day when Jesus returns to rule and reign this earth.

Did God create Evil?

This will make you think for a while.
At a certain college there was a professor with a reputation for being tough on Christians. At the first class, every semester, he asked if anyone was a Christian and proceeded to degrade them and to mock their statement of faith. One semester, he asked the question and a young man raised his hand.

The professor asked, "Did God make everything young man?"
He replied "Yes sir he did!" The professor responded,! "IF God made everything, then he made evil"

The student didn't have a response and the professor was happy to once again prove the Christian faith to be a myth.

Then another man raised his hand and asked, "May I ask you something, sir?""Yes, you may," responded the professor.

The young man stood up and said, "Sir, is there such a thing as cold?" Of course there is, what kind of a question is that? Haven't you ever been cold?"

The young man replied, "Actually, sir, cold doesn't exist. What we consider to be cold, is really an absence of heat. Absolute zero is when there is absolutely no heat, but cold does not really exist. We have only created that term to describe how we feel when heat is not there."

The young man continued, Sir, is there such a thing as dark?" Once again the professor responded, "Of course there is."And once again, the student replied, "Actually, sir, darkness does not exist. Darkness is really only the absence of light. Darkness is only a term developed to describe what happens when there is no light present."

Finally, the young man asked, "Sir, is there such a thing as evil?"The professor responded, "Of course, we have rapes, murders and violence everywhere in the world, Those things are evil.
"
The student replied, "Actually, sir, evil does not exist. Evil is simply the absence of God. Evil is a term developed to describe the absence of God. God did not create evil. It isn't like truth, or love which exist as virtues like heat or light. Evil is simply the state where God is not present, like cold without heat, or darkness without light."

The professor had nothing to say................
Be full of Christ today, there is no room for anything else . .

We live in a world of duality. Evil must exist for us to know and experience it's opposite. How could we know and experience goodness if we didn't know evil? Everything has an opposite. If we didn't have evil we would never be able to understand goodness.

I'm not arguing for the existence of G-d, just saying in general why evil must exist. If there is a G-d, s/he would have had to allow evil to exist.

God created the Devil. God created evil, God has all power, to create soemthing like that doesn't mean that you ARE that way, it means that they have to power to do that. God is holy and perfect and sinless. Do not try to confuse yourself on a subject that is pretty clear. God is right. God is all. Nothing less.

Maybe he's just sick in the head and likes to see the evil wreak havoc and poison us and cause us to self destruct.

I can see why Lucifer and 1/3 of the angels in heaven refused to be a part of his sick and twisted ways.
