I run a Wednesday night children's service at my church. I need to redo the room. Right now we only have girls, but need to keep the room appealing for boys as well. The children are around 8-10 years old. Further, the pastor wants the room to be functional for adult classes in the future if necessary. I'm running short on ideas, can anyone help?

1] use unisex colors - blue, green, yellow - for walls, floor, curtains.
a] Posters or pictures of child-friendly Bible stories on one bulletin board; adult info on other.
b] decorate background of each bulletin board same, but different colors [ giftwrap, fabric ]
2] put all toys in bins on shelves [ different colors, or clear with labels on lids ]
3] put grownup supplies [ Bibles, study guides ] on higher shelves - so toddlers and pre-schoolers can't reach
3] have a regular size table and chairs for art, projects, Bible study, at one end of room
4] have carpeted floor space for games, sitting on floor for stories, etc.
