I drink Chamomile because it calms me down and relaxes you. And for cramps.
Mint when I have headaches I mix It with the above as well.
Ginko for concentration and focus.
Green tea for dieting.
Berry tea when I have the flu because berries are anti-viral.
Theres also ginko tea and herbs as well as extracts for energy.
Also my aunt works with different herbs she's one of those
Natural's Doctors and I have learned that natural things help you out better. I try teas and herbs before a tylenol.
So carry on with your teas(just look into the caffeine free teas)
and do your research to make sure the ones you choose aren't harmful when you drink them everyday.

Yes, even if psychological, like everything else. I'm of Native Indian descent, and we used it the same way the Europeans and people of Asian descent. It is a relaxing, warm, soothing drink, like what Brandy would do for another, or music, or a smoke of some sort, or the sound of splashing water from some place. There are a slight but distinct variations, but don't ever let that be a factor. At the place I was born and raised, there was our native Navajo tea. It was from the ground, it was never processed in any way, we just pulled it, stewed it, and drank it., with every meal, including coffee (not from our Native descent). So, enjoy!

Yes. Some, like green tea, have lots of anti-oxidants, which stave off free radicals (which are responsible for cancer). So, drink away! Some have more caffeine than others, so do some Google research to find out which ones are best for you.
Enjoy!
