Okay first of all ... relax.
Breathe in and out
Tommorrow morning or tonight, take her to the vet. Appointment or not . Don't even call.
The medicine is working it's way through.
Even though I am saying this. Take her to the vet no matter what.
Untill tommorrow, make sure you let her out every 1hour and 1/2. Walk her around the yard for like 5 min. so it will help her body digest and get that poop out of her.
Make sure she rests and drinks lots of water!

She probably has some sort of virus...like a baby virus, remember she's a baby and she's is susceptible to all kinds of stuff right now. Or it could be that the shots are making her sick...that's always possible. As long as she/he is not puking then she's fine. Let her lay around, she needs to sleep this off if she can. Call a vet if you can't get to one this weekend. Ask the vet if you can give her a baby asprin...but make sure she weighs enough before doing that.

Good luck

Sorry, you can't get the help you need on this site. If you can't get to the vet tonight, get it there tomorrow. A lot of the vets have a credit card that you can apply for, call around. Most anybody will be accepted. good luck.

Big breed dogs like that get something when they eat too fast called bloat. I've got a Great Pyrenees and the guy I got her from told me not to let her eat too fast so as to prevent her from getting bloat.

I know this isn't much help, but you could google 'bloat' and see what you get. Good luck.

She's only a puppy and her immune system isn't strong enough to cope with whatever is wrong. You MUST get her to an ER NOW. Call a cab/taxi, call your parents, call a friend... but get there soon.

I think that you should carefully take it to the vet and if it passes away then move on to something else... even though it be hard... live the best of the rest of her life and dont mess it up... have ur last fun with her... :[

You need to get your dog to the vet for a proper diagnosis.

Maybe its something she ate? These sound like signs of an upset stomach.
