It's a new revelation of religious truth to our planet from God's government. No, seriously! And it contains the entire, complete, and true life and teachings of Jesus, taken both from human sources when accurate and complete, and from celestial sources, that is, the records of God's doings on earth as recorded by His angels and such. You can read it here:

I own the book. There are a few people who follow it in my area (Northern KY) and I picked it up at a community festival. They had a booth there and I talked with them for probably an hour or more while my son rode the rides. As for being the "true life and teachings of Jesus"... there's really not much evidence to back up everything they put out.

Besides, the name sounds like some sort of STD.

Fascinating stuff , but I’m worn out reading this rubbish. Names like Urantia, Nebadon, Monmatia, Satania, and Caligastia, the Planetary Prince - have a familiar ring - especially Monmatia (? my mate) and Caligastia (? Caligula).

I've heard of it, never read it, flipped through it and it looked interesting. Something to do with angels and aliens? Tell me more.

I've heard of it, but I thought it was supposed to be some sort of blue-print for creating a civilization...I'm researching further now.
