We are assuming that Smurf's vascular systems are similar to ours. Perhaps they would turn orange or yellow. Ask Papa Smurf. If rejected by Smurfette the lonely Smurf should go knock on Vanity's mushroom door.

Hi. I am a male Smurf and i am 3 apples high. We stay blue when we are choked and Smurfette was all mine. We hate Gnomes.
