I have blonde highlights (salon done) in my hair, but i want to do something funky and that will only last until i shampoo it out. I want to do spray in dye but i'm scared it might stick to my color treated highlights, what should i do?

its very HIGHLY doubtful that it would stick. but if ur still worried just go into a salon and ask...they'd know.

Honestly, you should call a salon and ask for answers to these questions. Whatever you want to try and do to your hair ..DON'T. Especially if you do not know the outcome..
What you'll want..ultimately since you got blonde highlights done (permanent, right?) you'll want a semi-permanent color done or those that last after about 4 or 5 washes. But this should be professionally done.

Most of the spray in dyes should wash out fairly easily. Honestly, if you paid bucks for the salon done highlights, I think I would not take a chance....Read the info given with the sprays and see if they have already determined that it is ok...or not..

It will not mess up your highlights if its washable. Those spray ons are for all types of hair. If its recently colored try a little piece of hair and test. If its been a bit (2 weeks or so) then go ahead, wont hurt the color

there are several hair dye products that come in the form of shampoo them slevs. they last only for one wash. this type is good because they do not dye ur hair in ne way they simply cover your hair and seal it in long enough to resist wear for about a day., the seal can not resist water so by washing it ur free to go back to ur usual coloured hair, no worries! i have down it on blonde highlightes and i still have perfectly blonde highlights

I've learned to just stay natural, you have the highlights and thats enough. Less is more sweet heart. You don't want to end up bald. Just do a funky hairstyle as oppose to the chemicals.

get some funky-colored, clip-in hair pieces. you can get them at Sally Beauty Supply and most chain stores like Target, too.
