If you quit your job, your employer only needs to pay you your final pay on the next regular payday. If the employer does not pay you, contact your state labor board. They'll get you your check in short order.

Request paycheck in writing. If you do not receive the check in a week, file complaint with your state department of labor.

easy Q, they have to pay you regardless of any situation, even if you owe them money, this is a federal law, they must pay when it is normally due, otherwise you report them to the state department of labor and you will have your check as soon as 2 days, the department of labor is very influential in these matters you would be surprised how fast these middle-management nit-wits stumble and crumble when their facing HUGE fines, have fun with it report their A.S.S, you deserve every penny you earned now go get it.........

Tell them that you feel that you should be compenstated for you last 10 days of working for them. If they still are not forthcoming with a check, you need to inform them that you will see them in small claims court.
