by Jeancomm I call this person foolish, because there were 500 witnesses to a resurrected Jesus Christ, God in the flesh. This made such an effect on history that time split BC and AD because of this one man name Jesus the Christ who called Himself God.
I dont mean to be rude or disrespectful towards christians but there has been witnesses to things that cannot be proven such like bigfoot and how would you know if this really happened were you there?did you talk to these witnesses?if someone told you a story that was unamaginable and crazy and said 500 people where there would it be easier to beleive?

If someone doesn't believe in any god but believes there was a man named Jesus, the correct term is atheist, just the same as a person who doesn't believe in any god but believes that there was a man named Bob. Same thing.

Do you REALLY need a name for this view? It really is the same view as that of the typical Humanist and nothing really freakish. And I must really ask if you really are defining who you are by your view of Jesus anyway. Is it really important to YOU if Jesus was just a man?
I would suggest this. Drop the whole issue of whether God is, or whether Jesus had "powers" or not and find the threads of your life that make your identity. Never mind what others say about you. Trust that life itself will be your teacher. And the things that are real will in time crystalize into the thoughts that sustain you and give life its best meaning. If that leads to Jesus, so be it. If it leads to another direction, that is who you are.

Join the other truthseekers - who seek for the grain of truth (and more) about who inspired the legend of 'Jesus'.
Seek the original story - which Christianity changed into the story about Jesus - a lot of things do stay somewhat the same, but there are important differences and changes - no resurrection, no Son of God, no world saviour.
Just a man who was a prophet.
This is known as 'The Talmud Jmmanuel' story.

i don't think you should be called anything but by the name your parents gave. that is the good thing about the God we serve, He gave you free will to believe whatever you want. i would encourage you to really study and seek the truth. I also like to tell people that if I am wrong and Jesus was not the Christ, and Christianity is not real then so what, but if I am right then you have alot to be concerned about. If you really want some answers you should be The Case For Christ by Lee Strobel, he was an atheist who set out to prove the Jesus was not the Christ and that he did not fulfill the scriptures

There is a small bit of evidence that the real person behind the fictional character Jesus existed. I still don't believe in any god so I am still an atheist.

I would call him a person. Not all people believe like I do, not even other Christians......I am not a fan of labels that define our beliefs.
If you insist upon one it would probably be Non-Christian, simply because Christians are held together by the belief that Jesus was the Son of God and He arose from the dead. But non-Chirstians believe other things as well...........

An atheist.
The moral teachings of Christ are often lost in the divine revelation. Thomas Jefferson actually tried collecting the moral teachings together, while rejecting the concept of divine revelation. He still believed in a Creator who did not reveal himself, a religious philosophy called "Deism".

Well, to put a fine point on it, the people who do not believe in God are called fools.
I am not sure I know of any others. If you are looking to make up a name I think Historian would work or something that includes Followers of many paths.
