I'm not sure where you are from but see if there are any sally beauty supply stores close to your area. They sell all different types of extensions that either are real or look real. The prices are not bad and they are open to the public.

mines are 20 inches :p i got them for $50 + $10 shipping on ebay , from Koozuland i believe :p they're from England and they took about a week to arrive :) (i live in canada.. so that's fast :o) and they're good and soft and i like them ^^ the only thing is they only sell half-head sets .. so i had to buy 2 ;$ but im okai with 2 sets and it was super cheap so im happy^^

You can't get it that cheap. A full head of real sewn-in hair is going to run about $500.
