Here's the deal. Im 33 years old 6'00" & 148 lbs. I want to gain weight and muscle at the same time. I been going to the gym for about 7 months, i've gained muscle but i'm still thin. Is there a healthy way to gain weight?

Muscles are very dense, so you must have gained a lot of weight already. Just make sure to ingest more than 2000 calories a day and you should gain weight.

Go to GNC and ask the person that works there. They have tons of stuff that helps for muscle and weight building!

Keep it up. That's about it. You could try Glutamine protein supplements, that is the protein that builds muscle. If you look for it you can find it in capsule form.

You are doing it. Exercise, and a good healthy diet. Keep lifting weights, and doing cardio.
