the words seem to be French but the grammer is atrocious. Je means me, aide is help. Epargnent is close to the word for hoping,(esperant)but not it. I tried putting into a translating program I have and it came back with the same word.
So, my best guess is help me, hope for me?

It looks French. It also looks like it's incorrect.

But it looks like it means "I help, I save."

Well, in French...it says "I help, save I" It doesn't make much sense, but that's what it says.
