help buying used car?

i'm thinking about getting a used '96 civic and i was wondering how much longer it would last with 118,000 miles already on it.

Depending on the way the car has been maintained up to this point, it is possible for it to go another 150,000-200,000 miles! A well maintained Honda will easily go 250,000 miles.

Have if checked by a qualified mechanic prior to purchase, and make sure that the timing belt was changed recently!

PROBABLY NOT TOO MUCH LONGER. WHEN 4 BANGERS GET OVER 100,000 ON THEM, IT IS USUALLY TIME FOR THE BONE YARD
