I'm not exactly certain what you want. However, if the world as a whole doesn't find a balance to population growth, energy management, environmental impact, and economic growth, we have a much bigger issue that terrorism.

I'm not certain the earth can sustain the current population at the current level of environmental impact. And, the population doubles about every 35 years.
