No this is not possible. First, for a person to be an organ donor you have to be brain dead. You must have had some kind of injury or trauma to the head or something like a stroke or aneurysm. So, you brain does not work anymore. You can only donate tissue if you die a cardiac death. So if the brain isn't working then there is no point in transplanting it.

Once the brain is removed from the brain stem it would die, so no brain tranplant is not yet a fesablie thing and the other issue is who would want to live in someone else's body? IF you think about it, Body image is a Huge part of who you are and how you feel about yourself, not to mention the fact that the body would have to be dam close to yours in not only blood type but the skull would have to be close in size to your, how would they hook up all of the nerves that allow you to do all the things that you do?? Transplanting the brain if it ever becomes possible will be the most complicated transplant ever.

No it is not at all possible to do a brain transplant . At least not in the contemporary world as a person is declared dead when the brain dies . So, it is not possible to do such a thing as it puts the life of of the other individual at risk too ...

the brain itself could be transplanted, the organ could recieve the nerve ending s and be connected, and the blood supply could be hooked up, all in accordance with current technology. the only factor that i am not very aware of is how to reanimate a brain that has been disconnected. the brain is an electrical device that sends signals electrically like a radio internally accross synapsis. this charge is derived from certain nutrients andenergy that the body creates from its organs. once the charge leaves the brain it is then without signals and thus brain dead. is suppose a small charge introduced to the brain woudl easily "jump start" it but it sounds risky.i suppose the brain runs on energy that is released from chemicals and cells stored in the brain. what stimulates them to release this stored energy are other chemicals, such as seratonin, so, it could be said that the cells could be stimulate to absorb ions iwth them in the blood of the new host, then stimulate them to produce immpulses by introducig brain type chemicals such as serotonin and dopamine, an electrical stimulation like frankenstien may just fry the brain.

The human hands don't move fast enough with enough precision to do something like that fast enough. Let's say you moved your hands around the speed of light.. Obviously your going to make some mistakes. If you slow your hands down enough too where you could make no mistakes. Then you would probably fail because you didn't proceed with the steps fast enough. All of those liquids around the brain (i think) would have to be formulated, and you would need an incubator or somehting to put it in.. I have really no idea about those things but this is why i think the operation could not be done.

Perhaps if you are still alive in the 23rd century I am certain medical science would be so far advance that future neurologists will be able to reverse all kinds of traumatic and non-traumatic brain injuries. I would guess brain transplant will not be necessary.

yes its actually possible. there is a secret island i the pacific ocean where american and canadians scientists are developing a new techonolgy based on brain and head tissue transplantation. its not widely known because of the illegal nature of this research that use death convicted prisoners from china , usa and guantanamo prisons to provide their bodies for the illegal researchs
