I'd like to find a picture or detailed description of the specific fingerprint markers often associated with schizophrenic individuals. Thank you!

Everyone's fingerprints are different; there are no two alike. I have never heard that any disease results in a discernible difference in the fingerprints. That fact would imply that there were a definite genetic cause of the fingerprint that was correlated with the symptoms of the disease. There is not even any reliable definitive evidence that schizophrenia is genetic. Where did you get such an idea; I would be interested in knowing.

I can't tell you off the top of my head, but I remember seeing a quantity of articles on MEDLINE or Pubmed that shows correlations between fingerprints and various conditions. Go to the website and put schizophrenia and fingerprints in the search cookie.
