One of the major reasons people are unhealthy is from overeating. The body can only handle so much, and has lots of trouble when overloaded. It is better to be a little hungry after eating, than to be too full. I hope you will work at being healthier, though diet, meditation, mind-body exercises, so you can do more good in this world. The world certainly needs it, and our good, and moral God, would appreciate it.
