Where abouts do you live? If you are in Australia I can give you some contacts but other than that I am not sure exactly where to go. You need to see a speech pathologist and preferably one that specialises in working with ADULTS that stutter. The treatment procedure for an adult vs a child is very different.
A good book to read is "the stutterer's survival guide" by Nicholas Tunbridge. At your age there is no complete cure for stuttering. You can learn to control your stuttering but you will always need to be aware of situations that can excacerbate the problem and learn strategies to overcome it.

I'm sure there are more speech therapists for children than adults, so you might try contacting a children's occupational therapy center. They could take you as a patient or refer you to someone else.

Some medical insurances pay for treatment, otherwise, you'll have to pay out-of-pocket. The rate for my daughter was $75 / session (1 hour).

Talk to your doctor and get a referral to see a speech and language pathologist for some speech therapy.

You could go to a speech therapist. Rowan Atkinson (Mr. Bean) had speech problems when he was young also and he fixed them by over pronouncing his words. Also, I find that when I do mouth exercises (pronouncing a series of tuh-tuh-tuh-suh-suh-
suh and random letters), it loosens my mouth and I can speak more clearly.
