This is a good question. We wouldn't need noses to breath, eyes to see, hearts to beat, feet to walk with, mouths to talk with...hmmm not sure, probably some sort of orb?!?!

From what I've read about after death experiences, we all seem to be in our thirties, light-like, we have new bodies but they are changed from our human form, we all accept one another, love one another, don't judge. Just total absolute loving beings.
