Try Differin (gel, not cream, it's more efficient). If it will not help you then try Accutane. It's more powerful but it's antibiotic. Ask your Dr what is better for you.
Good luck!

eat nicely fruit and veg 5 parts an afternoon and cut back junk nutrition. attempt products containing benzoyl peroxide, if it really is undesirable medicine containing retinol (diet A) would nicely be fairly sturdy - yet lower than medical supervision. Antibiotics can paintings in undesirable circumstances - noticeably an antibiotic cream. eating countless nutrition with Beta carotene in it (diet A again - yet a double molecule) like carrots would help. some thing antiseptic in an emergency - use antiseptic cleansing soap each and every of the time. yet in an emergency once you do not have to any extent further some thing else use toothpaste on the zit! Wash your face besides as your hair in anti-dandruff shampoo - it truly is antiseptic. Even alcohol - in an emergency - even though it type of feels a shame to waste sturdy Vodka! This might want to be the great answer! I were given good answer for it very last time - yet that change right into a guy!

The reason you get acne is because of hyperactivity of sebaceous glands. These glands are in the hair follicles and secret oil. So to be able to fight acne you should fight these glands to make them less active.1- Vit A so far is well known for its effect on these glands to make them less active. However if you take high doses of Vit A there is the risk of vit A toxicity plus the fact that if you get pregnant there might be a chance that your baby will have birth defects. However drinking Carrot juice every day or every other day or drinking Rock melon juice is very beneficial for the body and for the skin. Carrot can also protect your skin from sun damage. So you can get a fruit juicer for yourself and make it a habit to drink juice every morning when you wake up this is great for your general well being and your skin.2-“ Witch Hazel” is another thing that can be helpful. You can find it in most drug stores. It can make skin tightened and close the pores so less oil will come to the skin. This is good for people who have oily skin. You should get a gentle soap and carry it in your bag every where you go and just wash your face every few hours to clean the extra oil and then using cotton balls apply “Witch Hazel” on your skin to tighten the pores. 3-Another suggestion is if you do not have dark skin or blonde hair you can use Laser or IPL permanent hair removal. When you destroy hairs permanently the chances that your acne will improve is high. First of all the chances that the pores get blocked because of growth of hair will go away and secondly the pores get smaller when there are no hair follicles left. This can help to decrease Acne. However IPL or Laser hair removal usually does not work for people with dark skin or Blond Hair.

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

Okay. This is free, but it's ancient medicine and might seem a bit odd. Get comfortable and surround yourself with pillows, take off any metal that's touching your body. Take your left palm and put it on your right calf. Likewise take your right palm and put it on your left calf. Use pillows to prop your arms up if you need to because you need to relax as best you can. Just sit there like that (in front of the TV is ok) for 30 minutes 2X a day for several days.
My son (17) has lots of breakouts on his face most of the time. He spent a couple of hours in this position and the next day his skin was smooth as a baby's behind.
Try it. It's free--it can't hurt anything. If it doesn't work, you need proactive.

lol, i'm answering a lot of acne questions lately..
So, i'll say the same thing to you as I am to everyone else. Start looking into accutane right now, and set up an appointment with your dermatologist. Chances are, if your acne is severe, they'll put you on accutane. Creams won't work for you if you have very bad acne, sometimes they may even make it worse.
Accutane WILL get rid of your acne, you just have to be somewhat patient.

I think you should see a doctor. It would have to be really bad for Accutane which is usually a last resort but they may be able to prescribe antibiotics or birth control pills. It sounds like you have tried a lot of over-the-counter stuff so it's time to step it up a bit.
