hello i got married in 1989 ,golt batised and confirmed in 1991 now im trying to get married in catholic church. i was divorce . so i called diosece ,was told by dieoses that i need to file defect deform becuasei was married buy justice of the peace ,but time has past they say there they told me they not see why notthey say process take less then 5 week to get
so i file and now plan my wedding and paid for some of it. the problem is now they called me having problem they tell me there
not sureif i should be filing defect deform they said i was a non cathloic when married,but i was a practicing catholic also born of two catholic parents
at the time going to bible school and church prior to that ,i need help in getting this document so i can be married in church is there any thing i need to know to present to tribunal that can help me on my case on the defct deform or will i be stuck filing anulment.and missing outon my wedding
