Salvation is in the Ho;y Ghost. That is the birth of the spirit. After you repent of your sins. Ask/receive the H.G. you have begun anew. All one needs then is to wash away their sins in Jesus name. Like the Bible says its not the washing away of the filth of the flesh but a good conscience toward God.

Salvation is in the Name of Jesus Christ alone...If you confess with your mouth and believe in your heart, you shall be saved. Saved from sin and shame ....saved also from Hell.
Ro 10:9 -
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
