What are your opinions on these preachers?

They are glorified "life coaches" - I see no "preaching" - or at least nothing worth walking across the street to see.

Joel Osteen tells the funniest jokes and always gives an altar call at the end of the service. Paula White I just don't know as I don't see her.

Not very good for either one, Osteen very seldom reads the Bible, maybe one scripture a sermon and now Paula White is getting a divorce. Our country is losing the war against the devil, We need Prayer, and lots of it.

I enjoy them both on some level. They both have positive attributes. I wish Osteen were a little more hardline. I wish White would quit trying sooooo hard to be one of the boys. God Bless.

i'm not too impressed. i think they will fit right in with TBN and those other nuts. They "tickle" the ears and their messages are not always biblical. Joel is all about the money.
There are good biblical teachers out there, however. John MacArthur, David jeremiah, Ravi Zacharius, Adrien Rogers, Woodrow kroll, etc....

If you need to be uplifted, watch Joel. Don't watch him if you want a deep theological study, you won't get it. Even he admits it ... theology is not his calling, hope is.
Paula White is ridiculously proud. She takes on "sons" and has them call her "mother" and is prideful about her appearance. Her preaching is borderline heresy.

i think joel is well intentioned, i just feel his message of god wants you to be rich/well off is against the truth i have never heard of paula white.
