Definitely not Sabado Gigante, which is a variety show. The one I'm talkin bout is a comedy. ¡Jajajajajajaja!

It's a Mexican sitcom on Univision called "La Escuelita" (it had started in the late Eighties on Mexican TV under the title "Cero en Conducta";the most recent episodes bore the title "La Escuelita VIP").

A description from target.com (which has a DVD set of the series in stock):"Welcome to the most entertaining school in Mexico. La Escuelita VIP is attended by the best comedians in the country and the most beautiful actresses on television, creating loads of fun and laughter. Jorge Ortiz de Pinedo is leader of the children as Jorgito del Mazo Geis . Among his little friends are Xavier Lopez Chabelo , Jorge Coke Muniz, Gilberto Gless, Rafael Inclan, Mauricio Herrera, Polo Polo, and Luis de Alba as Pirruris . The feminine side is loaded with naughtiness and visions of beauty, courtesy of Lorena Herrera, Luz Elena González, Roxana Martinez La Tetanic , Shamila, Vica Andrade and Isabel Madow. All of them are dedicated to making life impossible for La Maestra Canuta (Martha Ofelia Galindo) and Headmaster Patino (David Villalpando). Relive your school days through this mischievous group of students..."

I'm just guessing here, because I don't speak much Spanish or watch Telemundo (some of my relatives do), but could it be Sábado Gigante???

All shows on Telemundo feature skinny women in underwear and old fat guys in suits.
