I got a fuzz buster and i really want to use it, but this whole truck is broke down. I cannot find a site that will give me instructions to mess around with this thing. I need to know how to fix the lighter piece, that does not work, so i can plug in the fuzz buster, because there is no power from that outlet. I tried getting a new lighter but thats not the case. The AC does not work, the Horn does not work, or the Top Light. Could anyone give me a site to research on? Or give me some instructions?

PS:It is not the fuses, everytime i put one in the right slots, it automatically pops them.

First thing I would do is check you fuses, sounds like you have some blown.

Sounds like a short in your wiring somewhere. The horn relay could be bad or even the horn itself. The AC could need a charge to cool the air or the compressor could be bad. I'm not sure what a "top light" is unless you are refering to a cargo light for the bed. I'd bet money, with the info you've given which is a bit sketchy, that you have a short in your wiring.

First thought would be the fuses, but you say that they blow right away, so its before that.
Its really hard to diagnose without looking at it.
At our automotive class we use ALL-DATA.
it is free for us to use but you would have to purchase it on-line.
I highly recommend buying it if your doing a lot of automotive work. It gives step by step instructions on installing and testing automobile equipment. Also provides wiring diagrams.
Otherwise get a technician to diagnose the problems.
