Muzzling is for biting and she'll still be able to meow.
You are right, that isnt nice at all since the cat just wants your attention.
My cats are meowers and yes they drive me crazy sometimes but I knew when I got them there would be times when they would inconvenience me. Give the poor kitty some lovin!

Putting your cat in a bag will give it more stress to deal with. WHAT KIND OF IDEA IS THAT?!You can't put a cat in a bag for meowing. Dogs bark, and i don't see anyone shoving one in a suit case?! Give him something to do, maybe he is bored. Catnip is a great thing to give him, cause it's fun and quiet, and you won't have to hear him. Make sure when he's 'high' on catnip, that he has a used teddy bear that you don't want or something cheap to rip up. My cats go crazy and scratch up my chairs and couches, so i just give them a teddy bear for a replacement. Get a HIGH QUALITY cat nip, the cheap stuff doesn't work and it wears off in like 2 minutes. High quality cat nip is around the same price, approx $3 a baggy, the size of my hand and I'm 14 years old. DONT use muzzles, They're uncomfortable and scratchy. How would you like it if someone got annoyed with you because you were talking to much, so they put a bag over your face all day long? Ps; if you actually DO end up putting a muzzle on your kitty, you're a sick as$hole.

Yes, but they do not work well and are designed to keep the cat from biting. The minute you let go of the cat though, it can easily get it off!!!
Made for vets and groomer mostly!

She is just talking to you. Some cats are very talkative.
Why not figure out what she is trying to tell you? She may be hungry, thirsty, cold, bored. Indoor cats are frequently bored out of their minds and need a break from napping.

Yes they do make them but your cat is probably bored. They have great cat toys nowadays. Howabout one of those fluffy feathers or a cat tunnel or something? Maybe get another cat? Hope this helps.

Your cat is talking to you. Talk back to her. It can be so much fun to watch them listen. Cats have such neat personalities.
