BEEFARONI is definitely my fav. I think it does taste different than the others, and of course, better. When I am eating it, I feel like I am eating some fancy pasta and not canned pasta.

Beefaroni used to be my favorite, with spaghetti and meatballs coming in a close second.
I say "used to be" because I have voluntarily removed myself from the ranks of meat eaters.

If i had to chose it would be the ravioli. They used to make a cheese filled ravioli that was really pretty decent....I can't find it anymore though :(
