I'm 5ft and i weigh 114... Honestly, you dont need to loose weight. If you wanted to look more tone, try doing 25 crunches when you wake up, 25 before you go to bed every day or every other day... It really helps and tones up your abs. But you may not loose weight because muscles weighs more that fat. Usually girls gain weight from 13-17yrs old... Its a "growing" thing.
Youre not fat.

its not about loosingn weight! its about toning your body!!! don't stress your self out with cardion and dont cut any meals. Your weight is pefect. Try toning your muscles by adding sit-ups into your routine. Make sure you are doing them right and the little tummy will disappear. Keep in mind that muscle weights more than fat and u might gain a little more weight, but its all healthy weight. Dont worry, you will look marvelous.. try not to eat after 7pm and always eat a healthy breakfast because it will increase your metabolism. Good luck!

Don't sweat it, you are perfecccctttt, there are so many other things to think about being 15. you are thin already..... don't sweat the small stuff and you are small!!! Enjoy what you have now, because if you keep this up, each year your gonna say the same thing and look back at pics and say " i wasn't even fat and I was complaining" so stop complaining and enjoy you the way you are..

You are mid range of normal for your height!

You could loose to 103 and stay within a normal healthy BMI...

You may need to do some strength training or pilates.... to firm up your core muscles and loose the pudgy look...

you are what you think. people also think that you are what you think you are. why heavy cardio 20 hours per week? look into 6 week body makeover by michael thurmond. it's over $150 package, but it can blueprint your body type and help you figure out waht to eat, and when to work out. most people only need to workout a few times per week. only do cardio a few times oer week to, for no more than an hour.

you don't need to be "thin", you need to feel comfortable.
I'm sure you're the only one who has noticed. Remember, you are your worst judge.
