How can you help her? By calling a vet and getting her in.

It probably wouldn't have hurt you to take her to the vet and made sure she was in good health and able to have her puppies ok or at least have the vet on stand-by in case an emergency came up. But it is too late for that now.

Call a vet before it is too late and you end up loosing her, the pups or both.

One of my chihuahuas had 3 of the puppy sacs present. They came out pretty quickly but no pups. I went to the emergency clinic and they had a wait and see attitude. I almost demanded a c-section. She finally delivered four healthy beautiful babies with oxytocin. I was ready to sue if they had waited and let the pups die. You really need to call the vet, tell them what is going on. Take her to the ER vet if you have to but you could lose both her and the pups if things are going wrong.

Any news of the pups??? She should have had them or some of them by now. Give us an update when you can.

You need to get her to a vet if she has been pushing for more than an hour with out producing a pup. You didnt say what she was bred with, but if it was anything larger than her, shes at risk for dystocia. Also, if the sacs have already ruptured, there is an increased risk of infection and death to both the pup and the mother. Not trying to be scary, but this is a very serious situation.

With out contacting a vet you are putting your girls life in grave danger. Obviously something is wrong. Act now or be prepared to dig a hole for her.
I hope you get her some help. She deserves that much and is relying on you to help her.
