Sour cream has innumerable uses.

Add horseradish and worcestershire sauce for a meat side sauce.

Use in baking, for dipping sauce(s) for wing dings or Hispanic dishes.IE; fajitas,tacos,w/guacomole.

Add chopped chives to S.C. for baked potatoes.

Use S.C. in some cheesecake recipies for a 'rich' New York style flavor.

Add it along w/ mayo to bring your cold pasta salads to another level.

Somehow I missed that you also have potatos, but, with what you have in your fridge, here are some ideas:

Heat the broth and add the fried rice and any left over cooked chicken/veges you might have. Season to taste with soy sauce, ginger, chili sauce, hoison etc. and enjoy a nice soup.

Toss the rice with cream of mushroom soup, sour cream and white wine and place in baking dish. Top with cheese and bake for a nice rice casserole.

Depending on what you have in your cupboards, you can usually make a casserole using sour cream and chicken broth. The fried rice can accent a meat dish usually. Good luck!
