She could have a bellyful of worms or be pregnant. Either way you are going to have to see a vet to know for sure. If she isn't pregnant then leave her there for the vet to spay her right away. It's the kindest thing to do if you love your cat.

It's likely that she is pregnant, but she might be ill as well. Either way, you need to get her to a vet. She's very young to be having kittens and yes, she may very likely have trouble with them.
Don't let your cats roam the neighborhood before they're spayed or neutered. Actually it's preferable to keep them indoors anyway... the average lifespan of an indoor cat can be 4-5 times that of an outdoor cat.

There are too many unwanted cats in the world already. Do the responsible thing by bringing her to the vet, having her checked and getting her spayed ASAP.

Most girls cats heat around 6 months, so she could be. But it's really more likely some sort of illness, I would take her to the vet ASAP!

A cat can get pregnant six weeks after giving delivery. She must be high quality, yet please have her spayed as quickly as you are able to. that is cautioned spaying the mummy cat 2 weeks after the kittens start to be weaned, which occurs between the a while of four and 6 weeks. so which you need to get the mummy cat in for surgical technique approximately six to eight weeks after giving delivery. call your vet and make the arrangements now.

If she is looking for a place to hid such as a drawer or a box with paper or linen in it then she may be pregnant. Keep an eye on how much she eats also. I learned that from Data's cat.

Take her to the vet to find out. If she is, your vet is probably going to tell you that she is too young and needs to have an "abortion" or get fixed because she probably won't survive.
