Think about it.

If there is a god(s), we probably haven't thought of what that god is yet, but that doesn't make that god false. There have been thousands of attempts (i.e. Christ, Zeus, Odin, Allah), but the likelihood that any one of them is right is close to zero. I guess we just have to hope that the real god doesn't send us to hell for not believing in it! (assuming a god exists)

I'll counter your question with another. If everyone believes in a particular god does that make that god true?

No, you see, those were stories, mythology. Nearly every religion has their Gods appearing too people at one time or another, many of these religions, such as Hinduism, Christianity actually borrowed archetypes from. He doesn't exist when people believe in him except in the minds of those psychologically brainwashed into their dogma since birth, and the occasional person who needs a crutch to avoid a mental breakdown.

Sounds like a Star Trek episode where they land of this planet and all the Greek gods are there. They had to leave earth because everybody ran off chasing after those Christian apostles. They took their energy from believers. Actually,I think there is some tie-in with theology and consensus reality.

If we lived in a world, in which no desire for God existed. Then we would live in a world, without a spiritual component to it. Our spirit exists and exists in a universe that has a spiritual side to it, it is the spirit of man that has an appetite for God. To remove that appetite, you must remove the human spirit or soul.

During the 60's there was a phrase going around saying: "God is dead!" This was a phrase said by many persons, yet here we are, in the years of 2000. Still talking about"God"

Jesus said: Before Abraham was, I AM!

God existed without us for eternity - He can stand to exist even if nobody belives in Him.

People picture God as somebody who needs us, but that's so far from truth! God is God by himself, and He doesn't need no body else!!!

God does not exist even if everyone believes. Believing in something doesn't make it real.

Truth is not subjective. Therefore, if God exists (or if God does not exist, for that matter) then that existence (or nonexistence) is in no way dependent on our belief one way or the other.

No God.
God is not real, believing in what is not real will not make it real.
